ROCO

Delicious tacos! It's more of an American fusion taco, not traditional Mexican tacos, but they are so delicious with lots of vegetarian options. The mushroom tacos are delicious, and the margaritas are strong. They have great mocktails as well.

Great spot. Only passed by for a beer and some snacks before heading to Reno. Met Tea who was a great chat.

Roco is two restaurants in one - a Japanese and a Mexican. We visited on a Friday evening and it wasn’t super busy so one part of the restaurant was closed. 5 minute wait only. We got a menu from each of the menus and at our table we ordered a mix of Mexican and Japanese. Loved all the food. The kids menu was great as well.

Music was on, but not too loud. Enjoyed the artwork on the walls.

Parking is quite difficult, especially during dinner hours. The staff was friendly and prompt. Appetizers came out really quickly, however, the main course(ramen) took a long time to come out. When it arrived the soup was almost cool as if it had been waiting to be served for awhile. It tasted good, but would have been better had it been served hot.

Roco and Como are amazing restaurants! The food is excellent and the drinks are even better. You can’t go wrong eating here. Truckee is a pricy place in general but these guys have fair prices for the food and quality. Great atmosphere and extremely friendly staff.
