Panda Express

My family all time favorite express chinese food joint in America. Value for money and they serve generous portions. Only thing that I am unhappy is the constant request for donation to certain funds whenever you make payment. It can be quite irritating especially if you take their meal almost on a daily bssis when i am touring America.

My 5-Star Recommendation: The customer service associates were friendly. The customer service is great. The speed of service was very efficient. I really did enjoy the freshly-made orange chicken with the orange chicken sauce! Overall, a great customer experience!

Quality of entrees are good as expected, but the rice... If you serve Asian food you should know how to make rice. Rice is always dry. Yes I understand you want the rice a little dry for fried rice (I worked at Chinese restaurant before), but the steamed is always dry too.
Honestly the rice made me stop coming to this location. Portions... well it's Panda.

Must have new management or something... Stopped in yesterday because it was the closest Chinese American spot open last night. First time their rice wasn't dry. From 2 stars to 5 for customer service. Walked in at 9:58pm. Asked for the wok seared steak and shrimp. It was all gone and previously i would have been told, "I'm sorry, we're all out..." , but they cooked up a fresh batch for me although it was closing time. The portions were better too. Thought the improved portions were because it was closing time. Stopped in again today since they fixed the rice issue. Not only was the rice made right again, but the portions were better too! Lol

The rice sucks again. This location is inconsistent

I love Panda Express. Tasty food for the price. Good that even during their closing hours when customers were entering, even though food was done, they cooked fresh food and served. I liked the hospitality.
