Big Chopsticks

My fiancé and I have ordered from BIG several times before and we usually have no complaints. But this time they really struck out. I placed my order, the lady on the phone gave me no estimated time of arrival, didn’t give me my total, and failed to mention that they were busy. So when I called an hour later she tells me the driver is on his way. I call back ten or fifteen minutes later to cancel and she tells me I’ve already been charged so they can’t return my money. Lucky for her my food finally arrived when she put me on hold. I get you’re busy but I live two streets away. Very disappointed.

The food is amazing. The lunch special is a great deal. If you upgrade for the dollar you get a drink, soup and an egg roll. We have the orange chicken, Mongolian beef, and the sweet and sour chicken. They were all amazing and fresh to order. Thanks again guys and keep up the good work!

Food is premium, not low cost, excellent food. Sweet and Sour Chicken with onions, green and red bell peppers, pineapples. Sauce comes separate and hot. Beautiful take out order. Thank you!

The food is good but the prices are on the high end for take out.

BEST Chinese I have had. Moo shu chicken was the bomb. The quality and preparation of the rice is the mark of a good Asian food restaurant. Big Chopsticks has A+ white rice.
