Ruby's Diner

I've eaten here a few times. This is one of my favorite local burger joints with a nostalgic '40's diner theme. The burgers are delicious, the shakes are amazing, and the fries are great (try the garlic fries!) and I've always had good service here.

Wow, the food here is great! I had the corned beef hash, it’s pretty excellent. It’s not overly salty like a lot of corned beef hash tends to be. The beignets are yummy too. I would attach a picture, but I cleaned my plate before I even thought to take one. It’s not even expensive here, either. Denny’s prices for significantly better food. The people are nice, too, in a very genuine way. Good experience overall.

Had a great meal. The kids love eating here too. We have always had good service every visit.

Service there was amazing, the waitress brought us to our table saw to our needs and kept us full on coffee. The food was excellent. Potatoes cooked to perfection, eggs exactly how we ordered them and the bacon was perfect. The prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was great. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Normally I don't think twice about Ruby's. The food is always good "diner food" and most go for nostalgia, but honestly three whole "white" look is usually a bit sterile in feeling. This particular location is not that at all.
Jose "Alberto" Rivas was our server, and an amazing one at that. Our experience, time shared at this Ruby's was so great. The atmosphere, our server and the food was all reasons to return and we will be returning.
Warm feelings, not sterile, were had here.
