Food is very delicious. Wow green beans are the ????????. It takes a little while to get your food but once you take the first bite , oh man it was worth the wait.????????????????

Great BBQ place, love the tri-tips, brisket, and pulled pork. Also the green beans and mac & cheese are great sides.

Wasn't sure if I should go with four or three stars, but after comparing some factors to other BBQ locations I thought three stars was more appropriate. I've walked in twice at a early hour and have been told they only have one type of meat left. So word of advice is to call ahead and ask for meat availability! The last thing you want to do is struggle to find parking at the packing house and then be told they're sold out on 90% of their menu. Great for them though, that means business is going great! I found the seating for the restaurant to be a bit awkward. Jav's BBQ is a small business with no seating inside the actual restaurant, but there are some tables just outside of the location. Since the location is inside the MAKE building, which are all bars, you'll probably sit next to people who are enjoying a glass of some sort of alcohol while you devour some meat (lol). I hope they switch into the packing house later on.

The food itself is good, but the two side dishes I ordered were drenched in oil (creamed corn and macncheese). I let my food sit for about 6 minutes and the creamed corn had a thick top layer of oil, wasn't too appetizing afterwards. The corn bread definitely needs some work. The tri-tip was good, but the BBQ sauce was the real show stealer in my opinion. Not sure if it's home made, but it was delicious. I'll probably be back to try to some other items.

My husband found this place on YELP since we where looking for a place to eat near Disney before we headed back to SD, I ordered the pulled pork fries and they were DELICIOUS!! My husband ordered the Meal with the Ribs and the meat was just perfectly made, not to mention the atmosphere is great!! Def will be stoping by during my next visit near Anaheim.
