McDonald's

This McDonald's performed for me at the peak of the lunch rush. I showed up at the drive thru to find a line of cars--expected during a lunch rush. So I opened the McDonald's app in my phone (I was in park btw) and placed my order in the app (plus I used a deal option). I was able to so that all while I was in line. Then, I pulled out of the line and into the car-side pick up area. I expected my meal in 5 mins (per 2hat the receipt said) and sure enough it arrived in just about 5 mins. To save time, I walked into the restaurant while I waited, used the restroom, and asked for extra condiments and napkins at the front. I walked back to my car and a couple mins later my food came. Think about it. I could have been waiting in line the whole time and not even have gone to the restroom. They really came through with the experience of mobile ordering.

Place fine. Always busy. They need more personal

If you ask for a fresh order you get it. Just check your bag before you leave the lot.

Place is fast and counter people excellent customer service skills... but someone was mopping the floor by the drinks dispenser, entrance and counter area just on a rush hr. Lunch!! ... i didn't find it appropriate or safe ... plus the lady toldmy husband to don't leave footprints!!! ..
