The only reason behind this review having 4 stars rather than anything below 3 is our server, Amanda. She is an angel and took good care of us. Unfortunately, the chefs got our custom orders wrong on multiple occassions. The first time, they got the meat of our burgers switched. I sent it back and it came out the exact same. I did not get my food until after my family finished eating. Amanda apologized a lot but it honestly was not her fault as she had come out to verify with me what I ordered. The manager came and talked to us, from there we learned there has been multiple cases like this. As for Amanda, she wanted me to order a dessert on the house but I was full. I wish her the best and I hope everyone else gets good. Again, Amanda is the only reason why this review is 4 rather than anything below 3.
Also, Amanda helped me figure out what kind of first alcoholic drink to get and I really appreciated that.
Pro tip: Tip your waitress!
Had soup in a piece of bread, burger, and fries. I enjoyed the fries, but everything else was just average.
The unique ketchup was not something I would try again.
Go here to satiate your curiosity of their unique burgers.
Good atmosphere. Service was slightly above average.
One word sums it up. Delicious! Burger grilled to perfection. Food was delivered quickly. Jenny is an awesome server. Will visit again.
New ownership and new changes in the middle of 2018. Better happy hour menu for both food and drinks. Cool craft cocktails, but they take a while to make. Amazing milkshakes towering with toppings. The bar area’s decor has changed a lot, from pool table and a dart board, to ping pong table and a couch, now to more tables and a fireplace. We used to snack and order a few beers while we played pool on Sundays and now we just sit at the bar and get a quick bite during happy hour after work. The vibe changed. Overall, still a good spot for happy hour deals or a sweet tooth craving.
Great food, reasonable price. Sad that this first location was so empty on a Sunday night. I'm sure the owner is doing better business at Pasadena and Victoria garden locations. Burgers were all excellent, other dishes were great per our guests. Birthday dessert shake was slightly disappointing as they lit the sparkler in back and it was almost out by the time it got to the table. Minor annoyance, but still great food and staff. More food than you can eat. Vamp dip is the best. Custom burgers made everyone happy. Good beer selection even though none of us ordered that night.
