Taqueria esmeralda

Located along the dust stained west Cerritos Ave and wedged between a bakery and a liquor store, Esmeralda & don pan his serves mouth watering Mexican dishes. As a google guide I didn't expect this place to dish out excellent plates. Inside the decor was hopeless and I could feel the heat coming from the kitchen, the tables were not cleaned properly, but they didn't kill my appetite. I ordered chilaquiles con huevo with rice brand cheese. The eggs were crunch and crispy, the red sauce with fried nachos were crispier and delicious. All were made from the scratch and fresh. Great place, but parking is one hell of a problem.
