I ordered a #7 just the burger today Sunday 1/6. I had a coupon buy 1get1 free. Awesome I was very happy with my order. My total was $7.54 for 2 of those burgers! Use your coupons!

Had super busy day at work today. Worked up a big appetite. So before I went to do my 4 hour dialysis treatment. I stopped by this Carl's Jr for some food. I got a new $6 box with a drink. Well after I got all hooked up for my treatment. I decided to start eating. As soon as I opened the box. 2 baby roaches ran out the box. This sucks balls! Especially because I can't take the needles out to go complain and get new fresh food and drink. I have to wait 4 hours now. Again I'm starving! I have decided to not drink my drink because I'm grossed out. On top of this I have to eat before 7 pm because of my eating regiment. I sure do hope the manager I complain to later tries hard to make this right! Because finding roaches in your food is not right!!.. Rating changed because manager just called me personally. Apology accepted! Thanks for your concern.

I was waiting for this plug this is Thomas Edward and unfortunately I experienced something this evening that I have not experienced since the 70s not like it was tonight nothing was said there was no one actually trying to put anybody out of place but at the same time as I entered the establishment the young lady taking orders from the drive-through continue to do so she never wants to turn around and notice me standing there there's a gentleman watching I believe he was like a referee or traveling manager he never said a word I would say two to three minutes later and young man enters from the back room takes my order and I step back after paying for my order . Then four more people came in took their orders and I believe two more people came in they took their orders in the meantime at least three to four cars that pass through the drive-through already before it came in behind me got their order seated and started eating the two that came in behind them receive their orders as well never mind you that's all I ordered was a famous star with cheese that's the kicker , I noticed maybe 2 or 3 more . Cars. I walked outside to keep my composure . I did hear the young man reorder my burger which let me know that I was standing here for nothing you took my money didn't place my order and then turn their backs on me so I walked outside couple minutes later I got my order everything that happened it's very clean establishment I'm not holding anybody personally responsible but it was like a flashback period from when I first came to Anaheim 1971

This is one of my favorite Carl's Junior places. The food is great. The service is prompt and friendly, and the restaurant area and restrooms are always very clean and orderly. I like to use the coupons, sent by mail, to get the great deal of "Buy one and get one free hamburger." I have preferred this site for about 20 years. The best one.
