Mimosas Kitchen and Bar

My friend and I went to this restaurant last night and had the most amazing experience! The food was fresh and delicious, and came very quick. The staff was extremely friendly, and the ambiance is fantastic. The Calamari were very fresh and fried to perfection! Entrees were also very good and a good size portion. Drinks were excellent as well. Our server was nice and on top of everything without being obtrusive. We will definitely be back!

If you are looking for stylish and beautiful place to grab brunch or dinner look no further than Mimosas! Delicious food, craft cocktails and amazing service are sure to hit the spot. The restaurant has a full bar and amazing mimosas. The steamed clams were cooked to perfection, the Tiki Life cocktail was delectable, service was outstanding! This place is a gem! Definitely the new instagrammable restaurant in Orange County! If I could I would give this place 15 stars I would! You must check it out!

Came here on the second day of opening. First off this is a great open spaced place to eat! Love the decor and ambiance and the staff was very attentive. The only suggestion I have is taking the "Cornish Hen" out of the description of the Bloody Mary, it was very misleading and my party actually thought a Cornish Hen was actually in the Bloody Mary(there was not). Might scare some people away. I highly recommend checking this place out for brunch! Breakfast Burger and Eggs Benedict were on point! Last but not least... you have to get the fried pancakes! To die for.
