Super yummy food! Got exactly what I expected and paid for. No frills, exceeded epectations.
This isn't exactly a restaurant... it appears to be more like a food factory. It's a front for several "restaurants" with different styles of food. You place an order, in person at a kiosk or online through a food delivery service, then somebody in the back (or I dunno, maybe a team of robots) prepares your order, and you (or your delivery driver) get a text with a locker number where your food can be picked up. Zero human interaction. No place to eat on site. Outside has no branding, just "food pickup" signs. Branding would probably be confusing anyway since there are so many restaurant names being operated out of this place.
It's an interesting concept.
UPDATE: So apparently this is called a virtual restaurant or ghost kitchen and the concept has grown significantly with the focus on food delivery during the pandemic.
