Fast casual fish can actually be good. And reasonably priced. A glass of wine or a pint of Karl Strauss Red Trolley can complete things. My favorite is the Dynamite Shrimp Bowl. See the photo.
Better than you might expect. Fresh fish. Right temperature. Location is a little small but otherwise nice spot for lunch.
The California Fish Grill is my favorite fish restaurant I love their salmon and I also love their fried catfish today unfortunately I felt like salmon but they had sold out of it because they had sold so much of it during the day and I went in and the last half-hour they were open but I highly recommend you try the Atlantic salmon in the garlic butter sauce sometime it comes with rice or fries and grilled zucchini is the way to go you can also get beans or coleslaw although the grilled zucchini I think is better the thing I love is you can get a good fresh fish dinner and it's a good value a lot of fish restaurants are expensive but not California Fish Grill
Love this place. Good food at a reasonable price!
Their grilled shrimp tacos are REALLLY GOOD! They always stuff your tacos with shrimp or fish. Their pinto beans are surprisingly good, although I do add salt sometimes since I prefer my beans on the saltier side. Rice is always well seasoned. If you add the right amount of lemon and some roasted salsa you'll have the perfect taco.
Service is quick. You can order ahead via their website, super convenient.
They have a full salsa bar, wine, beer, and "Stubborn" craft sode. Parking can be an issue during lunch hours.
Overall, good food.
I did notice they have a list of where their seafood comes from, that's definitely a plus!
