Friendly staff and the food tasted
Fresh. The fish was cut into tinier squares than I was used to. The sauces need more flavor too cause the staff added a lot of sauce but it didnt really taste like anything. The regular size comes with 3 fish, and the large size has 5 fish.
Too expensive. A small bowl for ten dollars is rediculous. Options are limited. Food tastes okay nothing impressive.
Pricey for the serving size. They limit veggies and toppings to 4. After that they charge. Wasabi and ginger count against your toppings :/ better options are out there.
Best poke around the area. I always come here for lunch now. They are quick, fish is always fresh, and they are generous with the scoops. i feel like they make sure to only use the best parts of the fish and throw out the sinew and fiberous parts found at other poke places. Free avocado is a plus too!
Food was good. Customer service was ok. Tips are expected, as the checkout pad asks you to tip according to service... this is the first poke place I've been to that had that and I had no idea this is expected... I mean, I don't tip the subway sandwich guy or the Panda Express folks who do the exact same type of job? I'm all for tipping when expected so I did add a tip, but I think there might be others out there who don't know to expect this.
