El Torito Grill

We were dying to eat coming out of the John Wayne Orange County airport. We found El torito grill Mexican restaurant just minutes from the airport. Very tasty food and excellent service. Ivan took care of our vegetarian food request.. suggested to replace vegetables for meat - nice of him! Warm and fresh nachos with fresh red and green salsa was great. Their corn meal is outstanding! Don’t miss it!

A little different take on Mexican cuisine. I had the mesquite grilled salmon which was quite good. They also have house made tortillas for an appetizer.

I love this place. My wife and I come here quite often for lunch or even to grab a quick dinner. The hot tip is to go straight to the bar and find a table instead of waiting to be seated. The staff as well as management is doing a great job keeping customers happy. The food here is fresh and delicious.

Love the fresh tortillas and the roasted salsa!!! We had friendly service with helpful support staff. Food was fresh and presented well. Portion size was sufficient without being over the top.

Food was fairly good; server (I think Miguel?) Was very friendly and attentive.

What looked like a build your own omelet station wasn't open, and fruit selection was minimal. Price was fairly steep, and there was no alcohol free option for any non-drinkers to save money.

Probably not worth it unless you can put down 3000+ calories per person in a single sitting.
