Food was excellent and we would have given 5 stars but unfortunately our server for the second time in a row wasn't good. Not friendly and took almost 45 minutes to get one drink and had to ask 3 times and another person got it for us. The food at Bruno's is always excellent and why I am giving a 4 star rating. Thanks Bruno's for great meals, but hopefully we get a different server next time.

We went to eat at Bruno's and got to try the restaurant week $30 deal. I had Caesar salad, lasagna and a dessert. The food was really good and the service was great. The bread was also very good. They have a very good selection of dinner items. The restaurant is only open from 4 to 9 p.m. It is a little dark in the inside and I needed to use my phone flashlight to see the menu. I will definitely be coming back. Show up early unless you want to wait. You can also make a reservation. There is a large bar and also some outside seating.

Bruno's Italian was really good. They currently have the OC menu week to try for $30 per person you get an appetizer, salad, entree and desert. We went ahead and ordered straight from the menu. We got the braised pork shank on a creamy fettuccine and seasonal squash the shank was really tender and flavorful. My wife got the pesto with shrimp. The shrimp are small but we're cooked very well. As an appetizer we had the meatball. They were really good.! We will be back for some more Al Capone Old fashion. We brought it down to 3 stars because the waiter forgot to put in our Brussels sprouts order and never got it. But everything else is good.

Great atmosphere, appetizers, and drinks. Prices are fair for the environment and quality $15-30 range. Not the best Italian food I have had to but still very good. I had the papardelle bruno and my wife has the lasagna. Her dish was bland by our standards, kind of 1 dimensional. Don't get me wrong it was still good but underwhelming.

This was our first time to Brunos. We made reservations and on our way ran into awful traffic. They were very accommodating when we called to tell them and seated us when we arrived. Our server was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the wines and the foods, suggesting wines to pair with our meals. The scallops were succulent and the sea bass delicious and mild. All other meals, (crab and shrimp linguine, braised short ribs, and skirt steak) were equally as wonderful. Additionally, we were there on Wednesday, which happened to be wine Wednesday, all wine half off. They have daily specials, such as wine Wednesdays nearly everyday.. well worth visiting. Excellent experience!
