Finally had the chance to check out Katsu Bar and it did not disappoint! It’s my new HIDDEN GEM here in Brea!!

Yuba is the latest food trend that’s popping up all around the OC and now you can try these delicious tofu pockets stuffed with sushi rice and a variety of toppings.

Ordered the Katsu curry plate and my friend ordered the Katsu Bowl. Both were delicious. The pork katsu had a nice crunch and tender inside. The curry was flavorful. The staff was nice and friendly. Food came out fast and hot. Nice seating area with about 7-8 tables.

The best fusion sandwich. It has crispy asian favorite katsu and yummy american sauce inside. I'll try another menu next time - ttokbokki with katsu.

Yummy food and a nice place to chill. The katsu was nice and crispy. Mushroom tempura was delightfully good!

Really enjoyed Katsu Bar. I tried two of the items on their menu their rosemary katsu Sando and Korean chicken bites. The katsu sandwich was solid. The pork cutlet was cooked nicely and had a light and crunchy texture. My only complaint was that I felt the katsu sauce was a touch too sweet for my liking. The star of the show for me was the Korean chicken bites with sweet and spicy sauce. It was a dish that I would definitely order again! I’m excited to try more dishes the next time I go!
