Buena Park Black Bear Diner

My hubby ordered the hungry man's breakfast, and I ordered the waffles & spicy homemade sausage. This was our first time eating at this restaurant, but it definitely won't be our last. We love the generous portions of tasty comfort food. Unfortnately, we had no room for desserts. The employees were super friendly!

Let me just say that this was my first time at Black Bear Diner and I absolutely loved it. They have soooo many options which makes it a little difficult when it comes to ordering food because you can't decide on what you want. The portions are really big and everything is delicious! The servers are really friendly and the service is fast.

This place is amazing. My husband and I came here for breakfast this morning while looking for some place to stop in real quick and get breakfast..(we live in Texas, on vacation).. the atmosphere, food, and waitress were great! Couldn't get over how friendly people were in there and the AMOUNT OF FOOD YOU GET! Definitely won't leave hungry! We definitely recommend this place!

Had the Country Fried Steak and Eggs, it was absolutely the best I have even had, portions were more than expected. Service was Five Stars! 20 minute wait for a table was well worth it!

Good food, good portions, and reasonably priced. I don’t know what they put in their pancakes, but they are the best! Omelettes and scrambles are usually a good choice, though the scrambles are a little smaller.

Please note that this rating is for breakfast only. My experience with dinner entrees has not been as good.
