    Waiter was very polite and served our children first. It is kinda small but cozy. Love the food ????.

    My group and I came in pretty later after practice, but our server Christopher was so nice and polite throughout our time there. The food was tasty and warm! Just what was needed on a cold chilly night in February!

    Our waitress Anita was phenomenal! She was attentive, quick and polite. The food was good. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because my fries came to me warm and not hot like I prefer them.

    This IHOP is small in size, but not in service. We ate here twice during our visit to Knott's. The service was fast and super friendly. The good was hot and good. The portion sizes were great. Highly recommend this IHOP.
