El Pollo Loco

Great food. Amazing customer service specially the day time manager she's always so cheerful and passing out mints and candy.

One of the cleanness, if not the cleanest el pollo loco that I've ever been to. The portions were nice, the food was fresh. A really nice location. They had a bell to ring as you leave gn if you liked the service. I usually dont like to because of the attention, but definitely feel they earned it.

Best pollo loco location I’ve ever been to ! It’s clean, they have flowers on the tables lol, the decoration is nice, ANDDD there’s an employee that goes around with a tray offering condiments and other stuff like hand wipes and MINTS !!! To me that was so cool ! I’ve never went to a pollo loco that offers MINTS. Definitely my go to when I’m in the area and in the mood for pollo loco ????

I've been in many pollo loco in LA and orange county, and this one is different from the other. This one is clean, the salsas really good. The staff is really friendly. Good job!

Very clean and great tasting food ???? The entire personal is very much friendly and professional when it comes down to ensuring that you get the correct food ???? As for the manager she ????‍???? is Awesome ???????? and always super friendly to all of her customers...... thank you, I as a customer do notice every time I come in with my family. So definitely high five stars to our manager For ensuring that El Pollo loco restaurant is kept clean and most importantly the level of service is top notch ????
