We've decided this is our favorite Gopchang place in Buena Park. It's a little off the beaten path on Autocenter Dr and Stanton, and the ambiance isn't the greatest, but the food is really tasty and the staff were always on the spot. Best advice: pay the extra charge ($6) for for the bokam bap at the end. They will add rice, kimchee, sesame leaves and kochujang and stir fry it with your leftover gopchang on the table grill. Amazing!

The quality of food and service was outstanding. Also, the outdoor dining area was cozy. I'm planning to bring my family soon.

We wanted to order the combination of the intestines. Told us they didn’t have makchang so we ordered the rest. In about 30 minutes, we asked the progress of our food. They then told us they didn’t have daechang and if it would be okay to give us a combination of the two intestines. We were not comfortable since they only asked us that after we asked where our food was. Not surprisingly, we got our food after another 15 minutes. We felt like out order was placed only after we reminded them. As for everything else, it was pretty much standard. I don’t see myself going back.

When I ate beef brisket and ribs, I felt good quality of meat( 🍖).

Service was perfect.
