    Damee in Buena Park is my new go-to spot for authentic Korean dishes in Orange County. I had the 은대구 조림 (braised black cod), and it was phenomenal—the best I've ever tried in OC. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the fish was cooked to perfection. I haven't found another place that can prepare it this well. My friend tried the 육계장 (spicy beef soup) and 파전 (green onion pancake), and both dishes were also outstanding. If you're looking for delicious, authentic Korean cuisine in OC, Damee is the place to go.
