(November 27, 2018, 4:43 pm)I love Jersey Mike's, however the one and only time I went to the one in Costa Mesa there was a bit of a problem. I usually get the #8 and always sub the roast beef for the bacon. In this case, the girl who took my order told me they couldn't do that. I said if there was an additional charge for it I would pay it. She responded by saying that the employees had been told by the manager that under no circumstances were they allowed to make ANY substitutions. I was surprised because it has never been a problem at any other Jersey Mike's location. I ended getting the Italian which, while it was really good, it wasn't what I originally wanted. Maybe ownership/ management should stick to the old saying, "The customer is always right."

(October 27, 2018, 12:14 am)Jersey Mike's I was supposed to get a birthday sandwich things got complicated sandwich was good that's why I'm giving it 5 stars, unfortunately the manager wasn't able to honor my birthday sandwich at that time he said a coupon Hall Pier in the near future. For some reason there application needs to be more forgiving and easier-to-use.
