Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I love me some Olive garden. I've been coming to the Cypress, CA for over 10 years. So I've seen the good and the bad. Overall the only thing I'd say them and any other location can't get right is the lasagna. They love to burn the bottom of it. And even when you ask for them to not burn the bottom of the lasagna they still can't get it right. Sometimes they try to hide the burnt bottom by putting more sauce on top. But if you're like me and have no problem turning your lasagna over, you'll quickly reveal their magic trick. I'd say my lasagna success rate is a little over 50%. This location just got renovated not too long ago. So it's fresh and new. The people are always nice and very helpful (except when it comes to the lasagna, lol). The lasagna situation aside, the rest of the food is amazing. I've had a lot of great dishes at this location. The atmosphere is great to bring family and friends.

Olive Garden always reminds me of when I went to my high schools prom for a good dinner with my date.;) I give this Olive Garden four stars because of the great staff this location has with always having you feeling welcomed. The food has not always been as fresh and delicious as a true Italian restaurants owned by a family, but it does have good options. The staff is what has me coming back. Keep up the great work!!!!

Decent but they sat us in the bar area which was unreasonable since i was with my kids...not to mention we seemed somewhat forgotten when our server was replaced without notice and i had to remind her of my main dish after it was a no show for 35 minutes???? but our server was right in it and apologetic and attentive thereafter. Food was perfect. Lunch specials (before 3pm) were a great savings!

Excellent experience. They told us there was a 30 minute wait, but we were seated in 10 minutes. Server was polite, professional, and just overall fantastic. I love their salad. It's always delicious and just as good as their soups. Also, can't forget about their tasty bread! The entree (Braised Beef Bolognese) was super delicious, and cooked to perfection. I would recommend going to this location, as I have never had a bad experience.

This is a nice place to have dinner at. First of all, there's never a wait to be seated, we are always seated promptly. The service is always prompt, friendly . The food is always great, although I'm not a big fan of the majority of the appetizer entrees. They could use a few changes on that part of the menu. Their prices aren't bad either. You get your money's worth here. I would recommend this place to others.
