Chodang Korean Restaurant - Cypress

Great place , took my daughter for the first to eat here. We had the bento spicy pork it was great. My granddaughter had the bento beef, to her it was the best

So this was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I must say that I am truly overjoyed with my experience.

My hosts for my experience was Ms. Jenny, who took care to ensure the best service I've seen sense relocating here to this Coast, even before knowing just how out of my normal routine I was on this particular day...She took the time to explain to me why I was brought a platter of food, when I only ordered dumplings (turns out it had to do with tradition; much like receiving a salad before your meal, in America).

Then there was the mind blowing, Grilled Salmon! I won't begin to try and recreate that experience in words. But I'll say this, crispy as a cracker on the outside; yet juicy, tender, and flavorful, through and through!!!

Authentic and delicious. Very courteous staff.

Stopped in as it was a short walk from the hotel. Fast service and large portion size. Everything was tasty. Would definitely go back on a future trip here.
