(January 8, 2020, 1:32 am)I wish I could give it a 5 but the cake should have Coconut milk and I tasted zero coconut milk. The fish sauce is sweet and it should have just a hint of lime in it that should enhance the nuoc cham. I felt they are missing something with their papaya/carrot condiment, it was not pickle and fresh which lead me to believe the restaurant doesn't know what to do with it. Overall it's not authentic to what I have tasted in the past but it's not bad either. It's just missing something to complete the authentic taste of Bach Khot.
