I had the shrimp ramen. It was incredible and one of a kind. Not something you can get just anywhere. This ramen is the first US branch of an insanely popular ramen place in Japan and it didn't disappoint despite my high expectations. Definitely a gem to have locally. Highly recommended.

Absolutely insane bowls here. My favorite bowl here was the yuzu shio ramen a solid straightforward ramen, chicken broth with nice chicken fat globules surfacing at the top. Seasoning is A1, the yuzu is so fragrant when you slurp the noodles you get that nice citrus aroma coating the noodles. The noodles are great and remind me of the hakata style thin chew noodles. Overall impression, solid bowls and would recommend this for an easy no frills lunch/dinner

It was very good. The lemon grass paste gave it a nice thai flavor, I added it about half way through eating my ramen. They had a spicy chili sauce, that was tasty. I really liked the chard broccoli 🥦. The Ajitsuke Tamago egg was good, but kinda expensive at $3. 💸

My only real complaint was the chasu was cut with the grain, making it kinda difficult to eat. It was very tender so it wasn't a huge deal, but would have preferred against the grain, it had great flavor.
