Pho 318

We went looking for some good pho on a work trip to California and man, this place did not disappoint. The balance of spices and broth was so rich (bone broth done right!) Temperature was hot, like it should be and the vegetables were so fresh and crisp. We also got the shrimp rolls which were very good and cooked to perfection. We talked with the owner for a few minutes and he was so nice and friendly. What a great experience! Don’t slow down on your way to eat here, go!

Little gem at the corner Edinger and Harbor. Been here many times to eat Pho. Steak and Briket Pho is my favorite. Definitely will come back.

My Favorite PHO place, We had the shrimp PHO and it was phenomenal. To my surprise we ordered the fresh squeezed orange juice, not only is it fresh squeezed there, they wait until your order for it and squeeze it fresh before they serve it. It came out frothy and delicious. So so good 👍

I can vouch for their authentically delicious pho, served in unique metal heat-insulated bowls that kept it perfectly hot. The clean, welcoming atmosphere paired with exceptional service made the experience even more memorable. I’m looking forward to my next visit for a taste of home! I highly recommend this place.
