Ryu Ramen

Exceptional and flavorful food, I love the vibes this spot has, and the staff members were very kind. I will surely visit here again.

Got the cluckin ramen... Came out pretty fast. Good visuals and they have raw garlic available as well. They also have straight noodles and curly noodles (this is curly).

Doesn't seem like they do thick noodles even for mazemen which I'll try next time along with fried rice.

Chicken broth was a bit on the saltier spectrum esp halfway in. Noodles were quite good. Chashu was tender and thin which I liked. Lastly the eggs were nice and hot (I let in sit in broth for a while). It was perfectly cooked.

Pretty good portions, slightly salty, tasty but not cheap.

I'll be back.

I love that you can see the noodles being made. The menu is simple, everything we had was really good. The fried rice is the best I have had at a ramen spot. I love the garlic presses, too!

Great flavors in the broth. I really like that you could pick what type of protein you want. If you could choose your add-ons I'd probably give this place a 5 star.
