Staff is super helpful and nice. The food is amazing, the venue is clean. Only good things from this customer

The pastries and cakes are delicious. The Black Forest Cake is especially good. Light and not overwhelmingly chocolaty, it's just right. All of the cakes are good. I enjoy the cinnamon twist, which is a semi-hard crunchy, light and flaky version and it's very good.
The guava strudel is also delicious.

Love the asian sweet pastries here. Always get my fix here. Service is pretty good. I needed something to snack on and ended up at a rush hour time, but still the workers handled everything very professionally and quickly. Couple of weeks ago I dropped my coffee..yes it was a mess. But they gave me a new one anyways.

This branch is one of their newest locations. We like the fact that it is the closet one to my in-laws place. I am not crazy about the layout, though. It can get way too crowded in here. Because of the poor layout, it gets very cramped and crowded inside here. Many people bumping into each other. Despite that, we are still fans.Our two favorite baked goods from this bakery are the Taro roll and the Brioche. Unfortunately, they will be sold out of these items if you arrive too late. So do not be late!Most of their bakery stuff is good. I cannot recall anything bad. Prices are very reasonable. Despite the crowds, they keep the place quite clean. Service has always been okay. Nice, clean and roomy, but not too many selections of bread types. They only have 4 left of my favorite Hokkaido cheese tarts after waiting 20 minutes for it. So, I bought them all. Nice friendly staff, parking in the structure is free with validation.
