Kopan Ramen

Good service, good food. It's so popular that there can be a bit of a wait. I would recommend calling ahead to ask what the wait time is for the size of your party.

Tastes good. I haven't had any other ramen so I can't compare it to anything else. The location is nice and cozy.

The best Ramen in the Fullerton area in my opinion. Love how customizable the Ramen is and the variety of meats that they offer. The seared Chashu and seared Fatty pork are amazing!

Great soup base.???????? Noodles cooked just right. Nice atmosphere. Fast service. Open late. Customize the to your liking. If I could find anything as a drawback, it would be the rap music station that was piped in a bit too loud. Background music in a dinning establishment should be just like white noise - forgettable. It didn't fit or enhance the atmosphere of the restaurant. It was a bit annoying. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

The food was delicious, the prices were reasonable, the facility is lovely, and the staff was very polite. It seems typically busy and parking is an absolute hassle (but it is shared and free). The ramen was fantastic, but the fried squid tentacles were tough and only tasted like breading (though it was tasty).
