    This is a great pho place which is hard to find in so cal. It's legit good for dine in and to go.

    Food is great customer service is great. Eggrolls are the best in California. Hands down !!

    Very tasty beef stew, big chunks of beef with vegetables, big mound of rice. Lots of food at a nominal price. Highly recommend Kim Loan Restaurant.
