I highly recommend calling ahead of time before coming. From what I've been told, there's just so many orders that they're backed up for about 30 - 40 mins. The food was good. I like the whole chicken I got. I would the other sauced ones next time. I did get the rose tteokbokki and it had good creamy flavor but I felt the rice cakes were small. It's not like the rounded ones and the broth was good but soupy (thin). They didn't have dipping sauces for the chicken.

Disappointed at the high end pricing. Staff friendly, chicken itself was moist inside, crispy outside. I had garlic soy, too overwhelming of soy for me. Other good kfc places around for less.

Boneless chicken original and garlic are definitely worth it! Went back several times. The sweet potato fries are good as well.

Kimchi rice was awesome big enough to share. I'm usually a purist when it comes to the boneless vs wing debate. (wings>nuggets)
HOWEVER. They use real pieces of chicken NOT blitzed up chicken parts. For the first time I'm a boneless fan.
And these are nice sized strip pieces.
Only "complaint" is you can't mix flavors in a combo.
Other than that will be back.
