Hiccups & Churroholic Fullerton

This is the best hiccup location I've been to. Im very picky when it comes to food and Boba.

I came here with my fiancee and we came here based on some recommendations from friends and tried the pad Thai, tofu bites, shrimp fried rice, habanerk chicken and popcorn chicken... All of of was really good, portions are very generous and rich in flavorful.

The staff was very friendly. I even met the owners who were very welcoming and I noticed they were very attentive to all their customers.

Would definitely come back again!!

The food is really awesome, and delicious! The Churros come fresh from the oven, and the staff is super tentive to their customers.

At first, I was disappointed due to an online order I made the day before pick up. I arrived at pick up time only to be told the food order was barely getting started. It took almost an hour, and my churro sundae was forgotten within the order. However-

I really appreciated Manager Marilyn's professionalism, and her team for taking care of her customers. Staff made sure everyone had water, ordered drinks on the house since their orders were backed up. The staff deeply apologized for the wait, offering me a free upgrade drink that came with the lunch combos I had ordered for myself and my wife, a free deluxe drink of my choice, and an extra churro sundae.

I got to talk to the manager, and as someone who works in customer service, I totally get the frustrations of starting out a new location, and getting everything together. I'm only knocking off a star is mainly due to the technical system, it's something beyond their control, but I hope it gets fixed.

The food is delicious and the drinks are great. You gotta try the Strawberry Twist! Not too sweet, not too sour. It's just right! The place is very clean and the staffs are awesome, always smiling even its 93 degree.
Definitely recommend the place to my friends and family!
