I have mixed feelings about this place because almost 1/3 of the menu was already out of stock an hour before closing so we had limited options to choose from. We ordered the chinese style pork buns which normally is served with crispy duck skin with potentially thin slice of meat. But isn't it ironic a place that has duck in it's name doesn't serve anything duck related?
Enough about that, the buns were great, the rice cake dish was a little too much carbs without enough anything else to make it a fulfilling meal, so we ended up ordering the steamed pork belly dish which was quite tender and good. I just felt the dishes should stand on their own rather than kind of a mixed bag. The rice cake dish lacked protein/veggie in the mix so much so that even after ordering the pork belly dish, there was still significant amount of rice cakes left. I will throw in that there is a side of pickled daikon like some korean place that serve korean fried chicken, but none of the other side dishes you would expect.
The decor/atmosphere of the place felt like it wanted to be a chinese/taiwanese food hall, but with korean/chinese fusion but trying to be hip vibe with prices? And it didn't serve a single dish of duck? It's like saying steakhouse but it doesn't serve steaks.
Beautiful decorations and plenty of tasty Asian fusion dishes. The spareribs taste so good!
Food was good, bit pricey for "street " food.. Staff was very pleasant.
One of the better Korean/Chinese street food places around. Located in a good town center plaza with lots of parking. The interior is immaculate. Food is hot and delicious, will be coming back more and more.
My husband and I stopped in tonight for dinner, and it seemed quite busy, when we came in there were only two open tables left! The atmosphere was warm and inviting. We ordered the cold noodle, chicken bao, and they gave us a free appetizer since it was their opening weekend (we had no idea!)! The food was all soooo delicious!
Our waiter, Andy, was very kind and you could tell everyone was working hard and worked well together. We will definitely be back, thank you!
