(March 6, 2019, 5:10 pm)Grandpa's kitchen, One of my favorite for Mi kho. Very tasty. Mi is similar to Mi La Cai we loved it, servers are friendly and helpful, the restaurant is so clean. Definitely refer friends and coming back soon. ACB

(December 25, 2018, 8:58 pm)Grandpa's kitchen is a great place for Vietnamese noodle soups. We ordered a creamy crab udon soup. Seems like they're also known for their pnom Penh noodles, or what we call me hu tieu. our friend ordered a sizzling beef dish that looks delicious and was served with a baguette. I would definitely come back here in the future. Their soups are very dense and come with a lot of meat and noodles, which I prefer over soup noodles with barely any meat or soup in it.

(November 19, 2018, 12:21 am)We waited over 20 minutes to get a table. Got seated only to wait and wait to be served. Did not stop there. We got our food after what seems to be forever. The servers are group of young kids amateurs helping family running tables.
Food is good but no better than any other places and plates are averages $9 to $11. Expensive for Vietnamese restaurant. Van restaurant 4 doors down servss the same dishes and more for about $7 average.
Aside from a modern motif I would NOT give it a second chance.
