Hoa Binh Restaurant

Great place for pho and other Vietnamese dishes. The servers don't come to check on you after about 10 mins or so but they are friendly.

One of my favorite pho restaurants. Flavorful broth, good amount of meats, fast service.

Quality of the food isn't consistent. I used to go here for the cubed beef every 1-2 weeks. Occasionally, it looked like what I got was from earlier that day that somebody ordered, then canceled, then I ended up getting. The rice would be a bit dry, the beef seemingly a bit stale, the lettuce somewhat dry and bitter. Not sure if that actually happens, but the quality of the item lends to that perception. Sadly, I don't come here anymore because of those few bad experiences. I understand every restaurant will occasionally send out a poorly prepared dish (that's a fact of life), but it happened too often here.

Nice selection of food at this restaurant. There's something for vegetarians if you don't eat meat. Service is quick and the restaurant is clean.
