Very good banh mi here

The food is really good, I just wish they were more organized. This is the second time I see them panic and point at me with receipts in their hands asking each other if they made my order. Bomb food, but this place has a lack of leadership and management.

Good baguettes, fresh meats. Good service. Clean restroom.

It's been a few months since the opening of this second location of Pickle Banh Mi. So my 5 stars rating is based on the fact that it's a Vietnamese banh mi place that has drive thru and accept credit card (oh my!) My first try was the #4 Grill Pork and it was pretty good, the size of the banh mi is very fulfilling too. The iced coffee is pretty good as well. They have 2 cashiers at busy times and very patient with the customers. The cashiers can speak English well so don't worry if you don't know Vietnamese. Inside they have about 10 seats and 2 tables outdoor. Good experience so far and I'll be coming back - also remember you get $1 off if you order a drink.

P.S: Garden Grove locals would remember that this place used to be a Taco Bell drive thru.

Fantastic! The buns are nice and crispy, and they are big and stuffed! I was pleasantly surprised by the ordering process, and it doesn't feel at all like it used to be a fast food joint! It's also great that you can watch them make your food. I'd certainly recommend it, and will save some time with the drive thru next visit
