Great local place to eat at. Super friendly staff and food was very good. Lasagna was very good. Cheese bread is a very nice touch.

They have lots of choices on the menu for Italian food. For starters, they give you garlic cheese bread that is to die for. They have good soups and salads for starters as well. They have their own dressing on the table that is very tasty. Carolina's also has a wide range of wines and beers. They have a hundred different types of beer from all over the world and while you wait for a table, you can peruse the refrigerators to see what you'd like to try this time around. The service is awesome as well. Ive been to this restaurant probably 20 times and I have never once had anything other than great service.

The food was amazing, the service was fast, and the people were so nice. It felt really nice to eat here and I genuinely enjoyed sitting and eating here. Great place to go for Italian without the long wait!

I was quite pleased that I chose to try this place. It is not too far from the conference that I was attending at the Anaheim Convention Center. It looked unassuming from the outside. With that combination my dinner party did not have to wait to be seated. The service was excellent - quick, good plating of the food, the portions quite generous, the staff were couteous, and the prices were reasonable.We ordered the fried calamari and it was super tender. My Eggplant Parmigiana was cooked to perfection. My sister ordered the Spinach Ravioli with Pesto Sauce. My daughter had a delicious Margarita pasta dish. I am not a wine drinker but decided to sample their wine. It was so sweet it actually felt as if I was drinking grape juice. I ended up buying a bottle to take back home. I highly recommend this place if your are craving Italian food.

This place was so good and absolutely perfect after a long fun day at Disneyland. The staff was very kind and helpful and the food was great. Something that needs special mention... I'm not a drinker and I found that the house-made sangria is just phenomenal. Beautiful wife said the same about the cannolis. Check them out!
