After a long day we decided to easy here so we could just go up to our room. Had the steak and frites. The steak was cooked perfectly and melted in your mouth. Highly recommend!
The drinks were flowing and the food was above average. However, the waiter was overwhelmed and we had to chase him down to get our check closed out and chase him down again to give him our payment or we would have been stuck there another hour just waiting on him.
Super nice people, they really understand customer service. Great food. Ordered a Poke bowl that was super tasty. Also had some wings and loved them.
Really, phenomenal experience. Impossible to believe this is a restaurant in a hotel. The server was bright, pleasant, witty and attentive. The manager came by to speak with us for a few and was also very hospitable, polite, funny and engaging. The food was excellent. They validated my parking. I very highly recommend this spot. You can thank me later.????????
Service is very inconsistent. It's too bad because the food is pretty good.
One evening we had a lovely lady that took care of us the next evening we were very much ignored and took over 10 min to get noticed.
We had to call someone over to place our order.
Just before our food came we were told our server was going on a break and a new lady would take care of us.
Well never saw her again.
We stood up left money on the table and as we were leaving we got asked if we wanted the bill.
Of course there was enough to cover it so all was good on my end.
It's just too bad because the restaurant was pretty empty and the amount of staff on duty; there really was no excuse.
