(June 8, 2024, 4:47 am)I have been to many Boiling Point locations (in LA and OC) and I have to admit that this location is the best one so far in terms of space and service. This Boiling Point has a lot of tables so they can provide more and faster service than other locations. Our host is friendly and attentive 👍🏻. My party and I ordered their beef hot pot and Jin Tea butterfly pea flower lemonade & pink dragon (dragon fruit, lychee and oolong), and we enjoyed that combination a lot. I will definitely be back again in the near future! Keep up with the great service!

(March 8, 2024, 5:25 am)I ordered a beef with a mild spicy level and the hot pot was just filled with meat. The new drink is average, it's just lychee and dragon fruit. Some of the staff was new so they made some minor mistakes. The waiting was a bit long since it was a grand opening.

Food was boiling point I mean on point -
(February 9, 2024, 4:13 am)New location. Bigger and nice. Wait time during weekend is very bad 45’ - 1 hour. Nice service. Love their Jin milk tea!
