My fiance always comes here and he always says how delicious it is.
I finally came in to try it out, he had the ramen and I ordered the beef rice bowl. Both were absolutely delicious, I switched with him mid meal so I can have some ramen.
This place is honestly so good though , definitely recommend coming to try it out!
Pictured is the Mymen Mazesoba.
.
It was a decent bowl of mazesoba, but it doesn't really stand out. Noodles were great tho👌The cup on the side is a smol portion of rice for you to mix in with the leftover sauce at the end. There is also a lunch promo where you can get an extra side dish for +$3.
(psst ig @schw3i for my ramen log)
Came here for the first time and tried the mazesoba and really enjoyed it! The noodles were chewy, toppings were pretty good and the sauce was delicious! The poached soft egg on top was mixed into the noodles and I ordered spicy red sauce because I like my noodles spicy!
We also ordered couple appetizers and enjoyed the fried squid. Tofu had a mild flavor but wasn’t anything too special. The bao buns were tasty and paired well with lychee and peach teas. I strongly recommend getting their flavored teas.
The Shoyu ramen noodles had a good texture and my friend ate this with an extra side of fried burdock. I tried the broth and it was made well.
The owners are super friendly and really care about their business. The price point at this restaurant is very fair, considering we are going through a huge inflation. This is an amazing small business in the heart of Garden Grove!
I heard that this place serves amazing Ramen, and I finally got to taste it. To cut to the chase, it was fantastic! I have tried Ramen at numerous places in NYC, California, and even in Japan, and this place ranks among the best. If you're looking to enjoy authentic and top-quality Ramen, this is the place to visit!
The tonkotsu broth was deliciously savory, the right balance of creaminess, and the noodles were the right amount of al dente. The pork belly was melt in your mouth delicious. The softboiled egg was good, could have added another half egg, but the ingredients were fantastic. That broth, though.... will dream of it for days to come!
