Nice and clean table setting
and ingredients
great taste of soups
I'll be back soon~~
The food here is great. The portions are big and the customer service is great as well. The noodles are flavourful. The only negative thing is that they don't have much seats. There are plenty of parkings in front. $24 for 2 people.
Delicious Vietnamese cuisine. Different from a Pho restaurant. Friendly place. Not too big of a place, but got in quick and didn't have to wait. Would go again, specially during winter time for the savory broth.
When I sat down at the table, the first thing I noticed was they had mam tom (shrimp paste) in a jar on the table. As soon as I saw that, I had high hopes for this place because I knew that this place was going to be authentic.
I had the canh bun and the broth was very fragrant. The meats in the soup were very tender. The fish cakes nice and light, yet had a soft chew to them. The blood cubes had a great flavor without any of the funk to them. Just clean irony taste, which is rare to find. The noodles complemented the broth very well; it was nice and chewy and held on to the broth well. One thing that usually is overlooked is the fresh ground chili paste. It was fresh and very spicy and went so well with the soup.
I highly recommend this place if you want to try some authentic vietnamese noodle soups that isn't the typical pho you see everyday.
I will be back to try more of their menu.
I found a newly opened restaurant on Yelp and decided to give it a try. It Located inside a strip mall with many shops surrounding it. It was right in the Korea district and closed to little Saigon. It was small but visible from the street. I liked the decorations and its looks. It was almost full House when we came in. There were tables set outside if you preferred. Inside it was cleaned and organized. The staffs were friendly , welcoming and helpful. We tried their specialty Bun rieu and Bun moc , they were delicious and yummy. They were very interacted with customers one on one to make sure their customer's satisfactions. The noise was medium and better yet as they told us this was a family run restaurant. They even told us the foods were prepared and made by the family. That was good to hear and was proud of that. The broth was right on the money and tasted so good. Would be back to try out more their other specialty next time we are in town.
