Unstoppable for Sichuan style Chinese, everything was absolutely great my first time and every time after that.
Ahhhhh I loved this place. 5/5. Their eggplant and spicy beef noodle soup were my favorite.
The waiter is soooo nice. All the plates are authentic and delicious! My friend and I like it sooo much!
Authentic Chinese Sichuan restaurant. Spicy beef tendon (#3) was excellent and the steamed pork buns (#11) were some of the best I had recently. I will definitely go back again. Only thing is that this is a small restaurant in a strip mall with a few tables, so ordering food to go may be the better choice.
Amazing food! We were finishing up a trip at Disneyland (star wars land is unbelievable btw), and I asked my husband where he wanted to go for lunch for Father's day. He requested Sichuan, and this place popped up in the searches.
We ordered the water boiled fish, the toothpick lamb, and for the kids, the egg fried rice, knife cut noodles with beef, and the salt and pepper ribs, which were all non spicy dishes. Everything was delicious! If we lived closer to this place, it would be dangerous. The toothpick lamb was particularly tasty. Spicy bite sized bits of lamb, each speared with a toothpick and dry fried in delicious spices. The water boiled fish is one of our benchmarks that we use to test new Sichuan restaurants, and this did not disappoint. Pleasantly spicy and numbing with less oil than some versions we've tried. Food was a bit on the salty side, but we loved it!
Because it was Father's day, the chef made us a free dish of the fried rice cake in brown sugar syrup. It was like delicious and crunchy hot mochi blocks sitting in a simple sweet syrup. We were so full, but I still managed to eat half a rice cake - they're pretty large.
Staff couldn't have been nicer, but the area is a bit dicey looking. I hope these guys make it. We'd love to make it our standard post Disney stop.
