(August 14, 2020, 11:06 pm)Andres was very patient, helpful, friendly and provided exceptional customer service. His personality shines through even via the drive-thru mic. My partner and I wanted to try something different so we asked what he recommended that would be refreshing but not too sweet. My partner ordered the strawberry acai and I ordered the white tea with guava and lemonade. We were both very happy with the drinks. They were so refreshing and they were not too sweet. When we picked up our drinks at the drive-thru window Andres asked me to try it to see if I liked it and I truly liked it. I asked for his name so I can write the review. He was very polite, bubbly, and personable. My partner and I had a great experience. Thank you Andres for going above and beyond to provide superb customer service.
