We had the best grilled chicken and Shawarma outside my mother’s kitchen. The Hummus and Falafel were delicious too. We’ll definitely come back! Thank you .
Visited this restaurant Saturday afternoon for a couple appetizers and a drink. The overall experience was pretty good, and I look forward to going back to try more of the menu. I will update my review with new pics and comments.
The restaurant is clean and on the small side with limited seating. Menu is diverse with a good selection of choices, and is posted on the wall to the left when you walk in. You can order at the counter, both dine in or to go. Prices are moderate with $14 for a Tri-Tip Schwarma plate, $5-7 appetizers, etc (they have menu with pricing on their website). They brought the food to my table.
I ordered a Mint Lemonade (refreshing and tasty), the Spicy Cauliflower and Moutabbal (eggplant hummus) appetizers. Also, had a small cup of water(self serve to right of entrance and condiment/utensil station). See pic. The Spicy Cauliflower was very good, only slightly softer than I would have liked, but great flavor, could also have used a touch more dipping sauce. The hummus was really good and I will order it again, served with plenty of warm pitas and I was even asked if I needed more pitas towards the end. This would be a great meal for Vegans, but being an omnivore I look forward to going back and trying the Schwarma, Pita sandwiches and maybe some Baklava.
