I so love Pho' ! I have a favorite Pho' restaurant in Parker, Colorado. I will have yo say that Pho Hoa An (PHA) Restaurant is mine and my families favorite Pho' restaurant in Huntington Beach! All the staff was very attentive and lovely ! I will be back!

This is a new spot near Bella Terra. The food was absolutely delicious. Between the 5 of us we got several different kinds of Pho, a vermicelli bowl, a fried rice dish, and spring rolls. Everything was fresh, beautiful presentation, and so tasty! We liked every single thing we ordered. Service was a little slow, but they were busy (it was a Friday night) and it does seem like they are still getting into the swing of things as a new business. But truly no complaints here. They serve alcohol but don't have a huge selection. I recommend going here and then walking over to Bella Terra for drinks or a movie!
