The service was great! I received a full interior detail. My car looks and smells amazing! It was a little pricey, but definitely worth it--the car looks brand new. The front desk staff was friendly and responsive. I definitely would recommend Simon's to friends and family.

Very helpful, informative and willing to work with your automotive needs especially in their specialty of detailing, clear coating and tinting (and more; ask to see if they do it). Customer service was really good, but was told immediately that I need the $500 package on a new car to get it clean. I chose not to and did the $189 package. He called and told me he washed it, but couldn’t polish it because of all the contamination. So, I paid $189 for a car wash. Plus, they charge me $55 to remove two badges. What a waste of money. I could have taken it to a normal car wash and got as good a cleaning for $80. What a rip off!!!

Update, Alex contacted me and listened to my concerns and made it right. He was very concerned with my issues and worked hard to make them right. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a good auto detail.
