Magda the manager is making things right. This evening of Feb 27, past 8pm, I ordered their Charbroiled deal with $1 extra for bacon but didn’t get the bacon...only saw after driving 10mi down to UCI. But I called the store to tell about this incident and Magda was very attentive on the phone and is solving this issue. I will give them the 5 STARS for this because the Improvement thru Magda seems sincere. I will see them back tonight and update only if necessary...but yes, if you guys are here in the Area, you can try this Carls Jr out. Good Mngt

The food was good. The bathrooms are locked with a code which I really don't like. You have to wait to get the code when a staff member isn't busy which sucks because they are under staffed. Sometimes waiting that extra 5-10 minutes to get a bathroom code is better just going some where else that doesn't have that hassle.
