Interior was nice, and the dish cooked well. However, the ramen was pretty salty for me. I have eaten a lot of ramen around the world, such as Japan, Korea, New York, Chicago etc. So, I understand each country's preference of tastes. For this food, it was pretty salty although I considered American taste preference. But, except for it, other things were good and nice.
Dumplings were very very wet, too wet. Fried rice was decent, milk tea was excellent.
Had lunch here on Monday 3/14, while the Chicken Ramen Soup was very tasty, it was served Luke Warm and they weren't busy so we found it puzzling why the soup wouldn't come out Very Hot. Also the Garlic Edamame could have been better, the seasoning was tasty yet we expected it to be broiled or stir fried, instead it was steamed and mushy. We expected to get our Edamame first as an appetizer but it all came out at once, that wasn't OK. As locals it was out first time and we will try it again but if management doesn't improve, our second chance will be their last chance.
Really quiet, just us and another person in the restaurant. Really SLOW service. Food was pretty good, had some Ramen, goyza and fried chicken. Again service VERY slow until a young lady showed up. Would try again if in the mood.
The black garlic ramen was amazing and so was the build your own (tonkatsu broth, chashu, egg)! Food was so delicious. I’ve been to a lot of ramen places, and this is honestly on the top of my list. Definitely coming back here. The noodles had a lot of flavor and were salted the perfect amount, the egg was boiled perfectly and had awesome flavor, and the chashu had crispy bits, and the broth was rich and creamy. They also had some really awesome chopsticks! I would have taken a picture, but I didn’t know I was going to make this review until after I ate half the bowl. The server was also very attentive and made sure my water was full. 10/10
