Chef’s Chan

The Korean food here is really good. It is a really nice presentation, from the free appetizers to the platter you receive with your entree, rice and banchans. 4 stars though because their wait system is terrible. We waited over an hour to be seated the last time we were there, as they let guests from the Chan Chan side sit at tables on the Chef's Chan side they also let a man with a party of 6 sit down even though he was the only one there. They out together two tables for his party and he sat there for like 30 minutes before the rest if his group arrived. I saw others seated and finish before they even ordered. Also the prices are a little wack. $16 for one bowl of buddae jigae seems high, but I also pay it because it tastes good, sooo. Will be back, wish some slight improvements are made to make it a better experience.

Really excellent spicy squid! My mom and I enjoyed our experience here so much: the appetizers are thoughtfully made and the array of smaller dishes we got with the main squid dish matched it well. We'll be back for more!
